An eSIM is essentially a rewritable, digital SIM embedded within your device. While you need to physically install a physical SIM into your phone to connect to a network, with an eSIM you can instantly download and install a SIM profile with a few taps from your phone to connect to a network. Compare that to ordering a SIM Kit, waiting for it to be delivered, ejecting your old SIM, and then inserting a new one.

eSIM activations are available on the iPhones SE (2nd and 3rd gen), XR, XS, XS Max or later models; and on Google Pixel 4, Pixel 4a, Pixel 4 XL, Pixel 4a 5G, or later models; and Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+,S20 Ultra or later models; Note 20 5G, 20 Ultra 5G or later models, Z Flip or later models, and Z Fold2 5G or later models. Yes, as long as your device is compatible with an US Mobile eSIM, you can transfer your number from your physical US Mobile SIM to an eSIM. You can directly do this via your US Mobile account in a browser. On the dashboard, log in to your US Mobile account and navigate to the line detail page of the line that you want to transfer to an eSIM. Select the option at the top to switch to an eSIM and follow the steps. You can also reach out to our support team and have them help you do the transfer.

Eligible new customers will receive a 30-day free trial and up to a $100 prepaid card when transferring their phone number to either of our 5G networks. The line will have 30 GB of data and Unlimited Talk & Text for the entire duration of the 30-day trial period. Autopay must be enabled for the full 30 days. All trial lines will be set up to renew on our Unlimited Starter plan, which can be changed anytime up to two days before the trial period ends. Customers will receive a $50 prepaid card after 12 months of continuous paid service on one of our Unlimited Data or Shareable Data plans. They will receive another $50 on the prepaid card for a second line they port-in, after 12 months of continuous paid service on that second line on one of our Unlimited Data or Shareable Data plans (minimum $15/mo). All new US Mobile customers who transfer an existing number to either of our 5G networks are eligible. All you need is a new account, your preferred method of activation, and your device.

US Mobile’s eSIMs are currently available on both our Warp 5G (formerly known as Super LTE) and GSM 5G networks.

If you’re a new customer you can sign up with an eSIM instantly right from your user dashboard after signing up. You don’t have to wait for a SIM to be shipped. Existing customers with eligible devices can also sign up for new eSIM lines through the dashboard, and support can help transition existing lines from physical SIMS to eSIMs.

Yes! Our phone plans come with WiFi Calling at no extra cost on our Warp 5G network (formerly Super LTE), and GSM 5G network.

Currently, you can make unlimited international calls to 200+ destinations on either of our networks (on one of our Unlimited plans or our Shareable Data plan). International calling can also be purchased as an add-on on our Light or Kosher plans. Note that international calling only works on our domestic (US) SIMs; if you have purchased one of our international data eSIMs, those do not support calling.
