Eligible new customers will receive a 50-day free trial and up to a $100 prepaid card when transferring their phone number to either of our 5G networks. The line will have 50 GB of data and Unlimited Talk & Text for the entire duration of the 50-day trial period. Autopay must be enabled for the full 50 days. All trial lines will be set up to renew on our Unlimited Essentials plan, which can be changed anytime up to two days before the trial period ends. Customers will receive the $100 prepaid card after 12 months of continuous paid service on one of our Warp 5G or GSM Unlimited Data or Shareable Data plans.

New customers who do not want to transfer their number can receive a highly discounted plan for their first month. Upon activating your first new number with us, you’ll pay $12.50 (50% off) to receive the Unlimited Starter plan for 30 days.

New customers can only activate one line for either the 50-day free trial or the 30-day promotion.

Customers can either select one of these plans at the end of their Free Trial, or they can add another line on one of these plans immediately. Customers will receive an additional $50 on the prepaid card if they port-in a second line on one of our Unlimited Data or Shareable Data plans and maintain 12 months of continuous paid service for that line. In order to receive up to $100 on the prepaid card, customers must confirm some identifying information, which can be done by logging into their US Mobile account and visiting the Rewards Center via the navigation menu. This information is necessary to help us and our bank partners fight money laundering and terrorism.

Yes, the card is valid through the expiration date shown on the card at which time any unused balance on the card will also expire.

While there is no cost with the 50-day free trial, a valid credit card is required to activate your trial and create your account.

All new US Mobile customers who transfer an existing number to either of our 5G networks are eligible. All you need is a new account, your preferred method of activation, and your device.

If you run out of the 50 GB allotted for you during your free trial, please contact customer support to start a paid plan.

The $100 prepaid card is a US Mobile Rewards card that is a prepaid Mastercard® card issued by Patriot Bank, N.A. It is linked to your US Mobile account and allows you to spend your US Mobile Rewards balance funds everywhere Mastercard is accepted by merchants in the US. The US Mobile Rewards card allows you to earn gift card rewards through US Mobile and spend your balance funds everywhere Mastercard is accepted. The card can be accessed through the US Mobile app. US Mobile will be responsible for funding the card based on eligibility criteria, and the card cannot be funded or reloaded by anyone other than US Mobile and its partners.
