How can I activate a new line?

Before you can activate a new line, you'll have to purchase a plan for it. If you've already done so, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account dashboard and click on My Lines in the left sidebar. You'll see your purchased plan with a button to Activate my line! Click on it.

  1. Select your preferred network and click Continue.

  1. Choose whether you want to activate on an eSIM or a physical SIM card.

  1. Input your device IMEI (for pSIM) or IMEI-2 (for eSIM) if prompted and click continue. For most phones, you can find the IMEIs by dialing *#06#.

    If you've already activated a line with us on the phone you'd like to use, it'll show up as a saved device. Click on Activate on a saved device and choose the phone you'd like to use.

    If you're activating a line on Light Speed or Dark Star, you don't need to enter the IMEI.

  1. You can now select whether you want to transfer your number from another carrier or activate a new number.

  1. Enter the required information and click continue.

  1. Click on Activate to complete the process.

Voila! The line should be active and you can install the eSIM/Physical SIM in your phone to use services. You can also customize the line name and avatar to your liking.
