How can I activate a new line?
Before you can activate a new line, you'll have to purchase a plan for it. If you've already done so, please follow these steps:
Login to your account dashboard and click on My Lines in the left sidebar. You'll see your purchased plan with a button to Activate my line! Click on it.
Select your preferred network and click Continue.
Choose whether you want to activate on an eSIM or a physical SIM card.
Input your device IMEI (for pSIM) or IMEI-2 (for eSIM) if prompted and click continue. For most phones, you can find the IMEIs by dialing *#06#.
If you've already activated a line with us on the phone you'd like to use, it'll show up as a saved device. Click on Activate on a saved device and choose the phone you'd like to use.
If you're activating a line on Light Speed or Dark Star, you don't need to enter the IMEI.
You can now select whether you want to transfer your number from another carrier or activate a new number.
Enter the required information and click continue.
Click on Activate to complete the process.
Voila! The line should be active and you can install the eSIM/Physical SIM in your phone to use services. You can also customize the line name and avatar to your liking.
