How do I download my usage logs?

Now you can generate and download usage logs straight from your US Mobile dashboard!

1. Sign in to your US Mobile account via a browser.

2. Go to the Individual Lines page and select the line you want the usage logs for.

3. Then select Usage & Controls and click on Usage Logs.

4. Check the boxes next to Talk and Text, depending on which logs you need, select the dates you want the logs for, and click on Email my PDF.

5. All done! Now check your email inbox for the usage logs we've just sent over.

Only account owners and admins have the option to generate and download usage logs from the dashboard.

If you're added as a contributor or viewer to another person's account, you won't be able to generate these logs.

The usage logs are always sent to the owner's email address. If you're an admin, you'll be able to generate the usage logs, but you'll still need access to the owner's email inbox to view the logs.
