How can I update my APN Settings

APNs are automatically configured on your phone in most cases when you install a US Mobile SIM card or eSIM in your phone. However, if your APN profile is not downloaded automatically, we've got a pretty handy APN Setup Tool to get you up and running!

Here's how you can use the tool to download and install the APN profile on your iPhone/iPad:

1. Head over to https://www.usmobile.com/apn-download

2. Click on iOS.

3. Select the network you're on (Warp, Dark Star, or Light Speed).

4. Hit Download APN and allow download for the profile.

5. After the profile is downloaded, go to Settings > General > VPN and Device Management > Select the downloaded profile > Install

6. Once installed, restart the device and test your service. 

If you're using an Android device, here's how you can update the APN profile:

1. Head over to https://www.usmobile.com/apn-download

2. Click on Android.

3. Select the network you're on (Warp, Dark Star, or Light Speed).

4. Hit View APN Setup Guide. This will show the APN details you need to enter.

5. Grab your phone and head on over to the APN settings page on your phone. Go to Settings > Connections / Network & Internet > Mobile Networks / Cellular Networks > Access Point Names.

6. Enter the APN settings as shown on the APN Setup Tool.

7. Once updated, restart the device and test your service.
