How can I setup RCS on my iPhone?

Edited

RCS is now available for iPhones on our Warp network! To use RCS, you need to be on iOS 18 and above. Here's how you can set it up on your phone:

  1. Open Settings

  2. Tap Apps near the bottom of the menu

  3. Tap Messages

  4. Tap RCS Messaging under Text Messaging

  5. Tap the toggle next to RCS Messaging to turn it on

If you're facing issues with RCS messages, you'll need to Reset the network settings on your iPhone:

Please note that resetting network settings will erase all Wi-Fi passwords on your phone

From the Home screen, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset, tap Reset Network Settings, type in the device password if prompted, and Confirm selection. Once done, restart and test.

If you're still facing issues, try toggling RCS Messages off and then on again.

How to verify if RCS is supported on your iPhone:

To check if RCS is working on your device, go to Settings > General > About > Carrier. You can check the IMS status above your phone's IMEI.

If RCS is enabled for the network, you’ll be able to see “Voice, SMS & RCS”. If it’s not supported, you'll just see “Voice and SMS” in the IMS status on the device. You can contact customer service if you don't see RCS here.
