How can I pause/block texts on my line?

Only the account owner can access Usage Management features on a line. If you have an Admin/Contributor/Viewer account, contact the account owner to change these features.
If you don't want to use texts on your line, you can block them temporarily. Here's how you can turn off texts from the website:
Log into your Account Dashboard.
Click on My Lines on the left sidebar.
Click on the line you want to block texts on.
Under Line Settings open the Usage & Controls menu, and click on Usage Management.
Turn the toggle for Text Block and click on Confirm Changes.
These features will automatically be turned off at the end of your 30-day cycle. If you want to enable it on the next cycle, you can turn them on again.
