Email and Dashboard Notifications
Email and dashboard notifications are the perfect way to stay on top of what's happening with the lines on your account. Every individual user (apart from viewers) on your account can customize their own preferences for email and dashboard notifications.
How It Works
The account owner gets all notifications for actions on their accounts. They can choose to disable certain types of notifications and only subscribe to the notifications they want.
Admins and Contributors only get notifications for actions that are triggered by their accounts. For example, if an admin activates a new line on the account, we'll notify them and the account owner. But we won't notify other users that are also on the account, since it doesn't concern them.
Admin and contributors also have the option to disable certain types of notification and only subscribe to those that they actually want to see.
Notifications Center
Stay up-to-date on the latest announcements through the notifications center on your dashboard:
Login to the website dashboard.
Click on Notifications on the left sidebar to pull up the Notifications Center.
Click on any notification to pull up more information.
You can toggle between All and Unread notification at the top right.
Notifications Preferences
Here's how you can set your notification preferences:
Login to the website dashboard.
Click on Settings on the left sidebar.
Click on the Notifications tab.
Toggle on or off individual notification types under Email Notifications. You can also choose to turn on or off dashboard notifications for individual lines or pools on your account.
The changes are automatically saved once you toggle any option on or off. You can just exit the page once you're done and your preferences will be updated.
Transaction, and Account and Security notifications cannot be turned off.
