You can view and manage your plan at any time by signing in to your US Mobile account .
If you’re on the GSM LTE network, you can also send a text message containing the text “BAL” to 5115 to receive your current remaining minutes, text messages and data. A text plan is required to avail this facility and one text shall be deducted from your plan. We’re working on deploying a similar feature on Super LTE as well.
If you wish to view a detailed usage report* for the talk, text and data, simply reach out to customer support and one would be uploaded to your US Mobile Account. To access it:
- Click Account on the top right
- From the drop down menu, choose Records
- Click to download the PDF
The talk, text and data usage is represented in the usage report by the below terms:
VM DP = Calls that went to voicemail
SMS MO = Text messages you sent
SMS MT = Text messages you received
Voice MO = Calls you made
Voice MT = Calls you received
Data = Data plan consumption
*Usage reports are available on GSM LTE only for now.
How about providing an Android/IOS dashboard app that would display my account balances and allow me to add minutes/text/data just like online. To me this would be more helpful and easier than having to open my browser and sign in every time I want to see my balance. You mention a text message option to get my balance. However, if based on what it shows me, I decide I need to add minutes/test/data, I still have to then login online to do it.
Hey Thomas,
Thank you for the great suggestion, we’re actually working towards something similar that would allow you to do this 🙂 Stay tuned and thank you!
Search for usmobile on your phone. On the log on page click the three dots on the top right. Click add to home screen
Exit out of your browser and go to your phone home page. Look for usmobile and click it. You now have access to usmobile from your phone just like on your computer.
Thank you, Gary. Just to elaborate on your answer, one should navigate to https://app.usmobile.com, sign in, then add shortcut to homescreen. For step by step instructions, please click here.
Instead of an image-embedded PDF file, could you provide the data in a file format that would allow export to Excel, for example, so we could automatically sort it into a form that would be more easily intelligible and useful?
Oliver, the file is processed and uploaded in to the account by the system as such, you can however convert it to desired format for review.
