Users who are ineligible for the risk-free trial policy can get a full refund within 7 days or before 100 minutes, 100 texts, or 1GB of data is used, whichever comes first. The risk-free trial is not available for short-term tourists or users with billing addresses outside the US. Starter Kit, SIMs, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
All new devices and OEM Accessories purchased from US Mobile come with a One-Year Manufacturer Warranty from the original date of the sale unless otherwise specified. Refurbished devices purchased through US Mobile come with a three-month warranty.
Kindly direct all warranty claims to the product manufacturer. The manufacturer’s warranty is offered by the manufacturer only, not US Mobile, and all claims are therefore subject to the warranty and return policy described by the manufacturer.
US Mobile will gladly issue a refund within 7calendar days from the date of receipt. Return items must be in brand new condition and contain all original manuals, cords, accessories, and any other items included. US Mobile reserves the right to classify the condition of all return items. All merchandise is visually inspected for signs of wear and tear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges, or credits. Customers are responsible for return shipping. A flat $50 restocking fee will apply for all unlocked devices, and a $20 restocking fee will apply for all locked devices. Phone talk time must be under 30 minutes. Brand new condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the product and for phones, talk time is under 30 minutes.
