Under the risk-free trial policy, if you’re not happy with your plan, you can get a full refund within 14 days or before 1000 minutes, texts or MBs is used, whichever comes first. The risk free trial is not available for short term tourists or users with billing addresses from outside the US. SIM and shipping fees are non-refundable.
All new devices and OEM Accessories purchased from US Mobile come with a One-Year Manufacturer Warranty from the original date of sale unless otherwise specified. Refurbished devices purchased through US Mobile come with a three-month warranty.
Kindly direct all warranty claims to the product manufacturer. The manufacturer’s warranty is offered by the manufacturer only, not US Mobile, and all claims are therefore subject to the warranty and return policy described by the manufacturer.
US Mobile will gladly issue a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Return items must be in brand new condition and contain all original manuals, cords, accessories, and any other items included. US Mobile reserves the right to classify the condition of all return items. All merchandise is visually inspected for signs of wear and tear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges, or credits. Customers are responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all devices over $300. A flat $25 restocking fee will apply for all devices under $300.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after 14 calendar days. We appreciate your understanding. No returns will be accepted after 14 calendar days from the receipt date.
Brand new condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the product and for phones, talk time is under 30 minutes.
