Hi this is US Mobile, If you’re looking for help setting up your voicemail you’re in the right place. If you’re looking for a pizza, you’ve got the wrong people.

To set up and access your voicemail:

  • Press and hold the 1 on your device’s dialpad to call and connect to your voicemail.
  • If prompted for a password the first time you access your new account, use the last four digits of your mobile number.
  • When prompted, create a password which can be any 4 to 7 digit code. (A good password is one that’s easy for you to remember, but hard for others to guess)
  • When prompted, record your greeting and name.
  • Your voicemail is now ready to use.

If you want to change your greeting:

  • Press and hold the 1 on your device’s dialpad to call and connect to your voicemail.
  • Press the * key to access the main menu.
  • Press 3 to access the Greeting menu.
  • Press 2 to record a new greeting. If you are replacing an existing greeting, the existing recording plays first.
  • When prompted, record your greeting. Press the # key when you’re done recording.
  • Press 1 to set your recording as your greeting.

If you would rather check things from a landline you can:

  • Call 1-805-637-7243.
  • Then when prompted, enter your 10-digit mobile number.
  • You can skip the greeting by pressing the * key.
  • When you’re prompted, enter your password.
  • And finally, just follow the menu prompts to check your messages.

Heads Up: Any landline long-distance fees are the responsibility of the account owner.

Also, at this point voicemail isn’t something that can be disabled, and we do not support visual voicemail (yet), but we’ll be sure to let you know as soon as it they are added.

    1. If you are looking to get it completely disabled, unfotunately, this cannot be done at the moment. To disable the service temporarily, please call us or send us an email at help@usmobile.com since there is a verification process involved so we won’t be able to resolve it here.

    Chatted with CS team. They initially said it’s not possible, then asked me to try #004#. Unfortunately that didn’t work either. They said they would get back to me. Not having visual voice mail is so so inconvenient. Was hoping google voice can save me from depression of switching to service that doesn’t have VVM, but not having much luck …

    I just tried to set up voice mail and I got a message saying it was not available for users roaming on T-Mobile’s network! Please get this fixed! Something as basic as this should not be an issue. It almost makes want to consider another carrier.

    1. We cannot promise the exact time frame at the moment but we are looking at Q4 2016 to add a lot more features as well as improving our coverage map with more ground. At the moment our primary target is to improve our coverage.

    I’m getting a warning that voicemail doesn’t work for non-tmobile users roaming on the tmobile network. What am I missing?

      I am sorry for the delay in response, best bet would be to contact us by dialing 611 from your US Mobile number, or by initiating chat with us from bottom right of this page so we can try and resolve this in a live environment.

    I’m trying to set up my voicemail box, but when I get to the menu the only options are to access an existing mailbox (I tried putting my number in under that option, but it says it’s invalid) or to leave a message for another number. Help, please?

    When I go to voicemail it just disconnects me. I have tried dialing 1 and also the number 805-637-7243.

    Not sure how to get my voicemails now. It has been working correctly until today. Please help!

    Thank you, US Mobile team. I had issues with voice mail on my new phone and you persisted until we finally got it resolved. It turned out to be erroneous numbers in the “Call Forwarding” settings. You were courteous and called me to work on it when that became more efficient than our emailing. Very good service.
