Why Isn’t My Device Working?

There could be a number of reasons why your device is not working with US Mobile. There may not be adequate coverage in the area, or your device may be locked or incompatible.

If you’ve just activated your SIM card, you’ll need to restart your phone for it to establish a connection to the network. Also, if you’re porting a number, you’ll need to wait for the process to complete before you can start using US Mobile. You may continue using your previous carrier’s SIM card in the meantime.
