When will my device arrive?

We offer Free 3-5 Day Shipping. Most orders for in stock items ship out the same day if placed before 5PM Eastern. We use USPS Priority Mail. Depending on your area, USPS normally delivers Monday through Saturday. Please make sure someone is available on location to sign for the package. Signature confirmation on delivery is required for all US Mobile shipments.

Devices Sold and Shipped on US Mobile’s marketplace from third party distributors are shipped through Fedex/DHL/UPS and usually deliver with 3-5 business days. Please note that Xiaomi and Meizu devices are shipped by partner distributors own warehouses.

Can I purchase device insurance through US Mobile?

US Mobile is currently in the process of enabling accidental damage insurance. In the meantime we recommend SquareTrade if you’d like to get insurance through a third party.

How do I get started with US Mobile?

Each device comes with a free US Mobile SIM card so all you’ll need to do is add APN settings to get started using US Mobile. You can find detailed instructions for iPhones, Android phones and Windows phones.

Can I transfer my existing phone number to my new device?

Absolutely! Head to the Activate SIM page and choose “keep my number”. Enter the account information of your existing mobile service provider and your existing phone number that you would like to port to US Mobile. Porting may take up to 24 hours to complete.

Anything else?

Please note that all devices are unlocked for use on either US Mobile's Super LTE network or US Mobile's GSM LTE Network. We'll send you the free SIM corresponding to the network your phone is compatible with. Devices may have carrier specific branding and language of Quick Start Guide, Owner’s Manual or Instructions may vary depending on manufacturer and manufacturing country.

Warranty information

All devices and OEM Accessories purchased from US Mobile come with a One-Year Manufacturer Warranty from original date of sale, unless otherwise specified. Kindly direct all warranty claims to the product manufacturer. The manufacturer’s warranty is offered by the manufacturer only, not US Mobile, and all claims are therefore subject to the warranty and return policy described by the manufacturer.

US Mobile will facilitate the warranties for devices which are sold on and shipped by our partner merchants, such as Xiaomi and Meizu.

Return policy

US Mobile will gladly issue a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Return items must be in brand new condition and contain all original manuals, cords, accessories and any other items included. US Mobile reserves the right to classify the condition of all return items. All merchandise is visually inspected for signs of wear and tear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. Customers are responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all devices over $300. A flat $25 restocking fee will apply for all devices under $300.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns after 14 calendar days. We appreciate your understanding. No returns will be accepted after 14 calendar days from receipt date.

Brand new condition means that the product is in its original packaging with no scratches, marks, or blemishes. In addition, phone talk time must be under 30 minutes.
