1. Activation on US Mobile: The device(s) must be activated on a US Mobile account within 15 days of delivery and must have an active line for a minimum of 30 consecutive days after that. Failure to meet these conditions will result in a reversal of the promotion discount by a charge to the payment method on file.

2. Maximum number of purchases per account: Each account may place a maximum of two (2) orders per promotional offer across existing customer and new line deals, subject to availability while supplies last.

3. Return and Refund Policy:

a. Device return and Refund: The device(s) must be returned within 14 calendar days starting from the day the device was received. The device(s) must be in original condition, including all packaging and accessories. A $50 restocking fee per device may be applied. Returning your device does not automatically cancel your service.

b. Service Cancellation and Refund: If you cancel the service or request a refund for the service plan, our standard refund policy for multi-month unlimited plans (usmobile.com/terms) will apply to determine the refund amount. If the device is not returned, the promotional discount will be reversed by withholding any applicable refund, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.

4. Device Warranty: All new devices and OEM Accessories purchased from US Mobile come with a One-Year Manufacturer Warranty from the original date of sale unless otherwise specified. Kindly direct all warranty claims to the product manufacturer. The manufacturer's warranty is offered by the manufacturer only, not US Mobile, and all claims are therefore subject to the warranty and return policy described by the manufacturer.

5. Ineligibility for referral rewards: Purchases of this bundle do not count towards referral rewards. If you have been referred by an existing US Mobile user, no referral rewards will be issued for purchasing and activating this bundle.
