Depending on eligibility, one or two options may be offered:

Pay in four: Unlock your phone early with a six week advance. An upfront payment of one quarter of the balance is required, then a quarter paid every two weeks.

Great for paying off the last few months of an installment plan quicker, or breaking up a larger balance into more manageable slices.

Pay monthly: Get an advance to pay off your phone balance with 3, 6, 12, or 24 month installments (options will vary by eligibility). Pay nothing up front.

Great for larger balances, phone installment plans with many months left, or smaller monthly payments.

Not all applicants will receive an offer. Let us know when your phone will be paid off for an exclusive escape offer.

Depending on eligibility, the program can advance up to $1000 to be paid back in up to 24 months. Offers will vary by person. The funds must be used to pay your current carrier to release your phone from an installment plan.

You can free multiple phones through a single application, up to $1000 total if eligible. The total is per person and not per device.

Once approved, you will have six hours to purchase an eligible US Mobile plan. Once purchased, you will have 60 days to activate your US Mobile line.

Upon plan purchase, the approved funds should arrive in your PayPal account the same day, usually within minutes. If you don’t purchase a US Mobile plan in time, you can just reapply to free your phone again when you’re ready.

Contact your old carrier and use the funds to pay off your phone balance.

Then you’re free. Switch to US Mobile. Give us a shot. You can leave any time — your phone plan is not tied to paying back the advance.
