You’ll need at least one line to activate a Shareable Data plan, and can have as many lines sharing the same data pool as you want. You can also set up as many separate shareable data pools as you want.

Our Shareable Data plans start from 2 GB with Unlimited Talk & Text on one line for $10/month, and can limitlessly scale up with as much data and as many lines as you need - taxes & fees included!

Our Usage Analytics gives you access to aggregate usage data as well as line-specific analytics. You’ll be able to grasp the big picture of how your team is using their devices and dig into details to pinpoint usage on a specific device.

Bulk actions make managing dozens or even thousands of devices significantly more convenient. Currently, you can activate, reactivate, snooze or remove lines from a shareable data pool in bulk. More bulk actions are coming soon!

Yes! All our plans (Shareable Data and Unlimited plans) come with WiFi Calling at no extra cost.

Yes! You can add any device, using either the Wrap or Light Speed SIM, to a shareable data plan.

Absolutely. While activating your service, you’ll be prompted to either transfer your existing number or create a new one. We make it simple for you to transfer your number to our network, and will guide you through the process during activation.

Yes! Almost all unlocked phones that have a SIM card slot will work with US Mobile. If your phone is locked to a carrier, we can help unlock it for you.

Currently, you can make international calls to 200+ destinations on either of our networks. It is included on all our annual plans, on our By the Gig shareable plans, and on our monthly Premium plan. International calling can also be purchased as an add-on on our Light and Monthly Starter plan. Note that international calling only works on our domestic (US) SIMs; if you have purchased one of our international data eSIMs, those do not support calling.

We are a prepaid service, so you have to buy plans before you can connect each line. With our Shareable Data plan, you select the amount of monthly data you would like to share between your devices (this is known as your base plan) and the number of lines that will be sharing this data, and will be charged with one simple, transparent bill every 30 days. The cost of the monthly data depends on the amount of data you purchase.

Yes! You can have individual lines on your account as well as shareable data plans. For example, you can have eight individual lines on your account and a shareable data pool that contains three lines. You can add more lines to your pool, move lines between individual plans and shareable data pools, or move them from one shareable data pool to another.
