Do unused minutes rollover?
Edited

Base plans do not roll over but Top Ups do!

Unused base plans do not roll over

The base plan (the plan you start your month with) is valid for 30 days and unused balances from it will not roll over.

Top-ups do rollover

Unused minutes, texts, and data from Top Ups do roll over to your next billing cycle. The way they roll over depends on the network you are on.

Top-up rollover for Shareable Data Plans

If you run out of data on a Shareable Data Plan, you can add a data top-up, and any unused data out of it will be rolled over from the current billing cycle to your next billing cycle. This is applicable for one billing cycle only. This applies to lines on both GSM 5G, and Warp 5G.

How does top-up rollover work in GSM 5G for Grandfathered Individual Plans

On our GSM 5G Network, minutes, texts, and data from Top Ups are valid for 30 days from the date they were purchased, regardless of when the base plan ends. For example, let's say you've purchased 1000 text messages as a top-up, they would be valid for 30 days. But you would need to have an active base plan to use them.

How does top-up rollover work in Warp 5G for Grandfathered Individual Plans

On our Warp 5G Network, minutes, texts, and data from Top Ups roll over into the next billing cycle’s base plan if:

  1. Next bill is paid on time (whether manually or via Auto-pay)

  2. There is a base plan of the same category as the Top Up

For example, let's say that you've purchased 1000 text messages as a top-up and would like for them to roll over. For that, you would need to purchase at least a small text plan with your next month's bill in order for the rollover to work. If the service expires, the top-up expires too, so make sure you renew on time or keep your AutoPay feature ON.
