Yes, this offer is available for all existing US Mobile customers. If you wish to activate a new line on this plan, you can do so by creating an order on the main offer page at www.usmobile.com/cyber-monday. If you want to switch an already active line to this plan, just click “Change Plan” under settings on the line details page for your line and select the Cyber Monday offer, which should be visible as an option in the listed plans. The plan will start with your next billing cycle.
The experience with a multi-month plan will be exactly the same as a single month plan with the only exception that you have have paid for all the months in advance. Your line will still go through a monthly Autopay cycle and generate a monthly invoice, but the charged amount will be $0.
To be eligible for a refund, you must activate within 60 days after the plan is purchased. In addition, this plan is non-refundable if any of the following are true: more than 60 days have passed since the purchase date of the plan, more than 7 days have passed since successful activation of the plan, or more than 1GB of data has been consumed on the plan.
You can switch your line to one of our regular plans part way through the annual plan if you wish. However, by doing so, you will lose access to this promotional plan and be unable to switch back. When you switch over to the new plan, you will be unable to receive any refund for your 12-month plan but can receive service credits for unused months of the 12-month plan towards your new plan by contacting customer support. Please note the following about any service credits you can receive: Unused months will be calculated as future remaining monthly cycles on the multi-month plan. The maximum monthly service credit will be calculated as: the total cost of the multi-month plan divided by the duration of the multi-month plan. The amount of monthly service credit received will be either the total monthly cost of your new plan or the maximum monthly service credit as calculated above, whichever is smaller. Monthly credits will only be received for the number of months equal to the unused period of the multi-month plan.
