How to activate your Home Phone plan
1. Purchase a Home Phone Base Station
You can purchase a Home Phone Base Station (or one bundled with a cordless phone) from our shop. You’ll need both the base station and a cordless phone in order to use your home phone.
You can bring your own cordless phone, as long as it’s compatible with a RJ11 jack.
2. Activating the Home Phone plan
If your Home Phone Base station has already been delivered, you will see a “Home Phone” tile on your dashboard, along with a button that says “Activate Now”. Click on it to continue with activation.
If you haven’t ordered a base station yet, or if it hasn’t been delivered to you, you’ll see the following screen when you click on “Activate Home Phone” from the left sidebar menu.
If you’ve already placed the order, please wait for 2-3 business days for the delivery. This page should auto-update after the Home Phone Base Station is delivered.
3. Click “I am ready to activate!”
4. Entering IMEI details
The IMEI of your Home Phone Base Station will automatically appear here, and you can click on it to proceed. If it doesn’t, you can enter the IMEI that is printed on the side of the Home Phone packaging box. Or, you can remove the battery cover on the back of the Home Phone and find the IMEI printed on the inside.
5. Entering SIM card details
The SIM card number that came with your Home Phone Base Station will automatically appear here, and you can click on it to proceed. If it doesn’t, you can enter it manually.
6. Select a new number, or transfer your existing one to US Mobile
You can choose to get a new number activated for your home phone, or port in your existing number from a different wireless/wired carrier.
Porting in a landline number can take about a week to complete.
7. Plan Confirmation and Payment
Confirm your Home Phone Plan ($9.99 per month, including taxes and fees) and choose your payment method. Once done, please click confirm.
