Enabling Caller ID may cause an Auto-update to occur, which can cause your home phone to change to the wrong timezone. To fix this issue, you will need to set your home phone's time settings to 'Manual'.

Please refer to the headset user manual or support for more information on how to do this. Every brand of headset will have different shortcodes.
