How long does my plan last for?
Edited

We are a prepaid carrier, which means you pay up-front for 30 days. After 30 days of service, you can renew the plan you had or pick a new one. Your renewal date is 30 days from when your line is activated. If you're transferring a number to US Mobile, then your plan begins on the day that your port completes. The only exception to this are our promotional free trials and other promotional multi-month plans.

A “twelve month”, “annual”, or “yearly” plan is equivalent to twelve 30-day monthly cycles. Similarly, a "three month" plan is equal to three 30-day monthly cycles. In addition, while US Mobile will not charge for months of service already paid for with a multi-month plan, lines are required to keep Autopay on with a valid credit card on file in order to be provisioned for each subsequent month of service.

To help remind you when your line expires, our dashboard displays the number of days till your line expires, we email you three billing reminders and even let you set up Auto Pay which automatically renews your line every 30 days (with whichever plan you choose).

However, our Global plans for International eSIM last for 7, 30, and 365 days. For more information about our Global Plans, you can check our website. Our Global App is also available on both Google Playstore and Appstore.
