Only businesses are eligible for a business account. We require an EIN (Tax ID) for U.S. businesses. These are typically provided by the IRS for LLCs, LPs, GPs, C-corp, Co-ops, etc. If your business does not have an EIN but has a different corporate structure, you are still eligible for our business plans. If your company is not based in the United States, please reach out to [email protected] to verify eligibility.
Both provide best-in-class customer support, value, and plans. US Mobile for Business provides dedicated business support, plans designed for business use, and bulk actions for managing a large number of phone lines.
You can have as many lines sharing the same data pool as you want, and you can set up as many separate data pools as you'd like. (Note: You'll need at least one line to activate a By the Gig plan.)
Our By the Gig plans start at 2 GB with Unlimited Talk & Text on one line for $10/month, and can be scaled up infinitely with as much data and as many lines as you need— taxes & fees included.
Our Usage Analytics gives you access to aggregate usage data as well as line-specific analytics. You’ll be able to see the big picture of how your team is using their devices and dig into details to pinpoint usage on a specific device.
Bulk actions make managing dozens or even thousands of devices significantly more convenient. Currently, you can activate, reactivate, snooze, or remove lines from a shareable data pool in bulk. More bulk actions are coming soon!
Yes! All of our plans (Unlimited and By the Gig plans) include WiFi Calling at no additional cost.

Yes, you can connect any device that's compatible with our Warp, Lightspeed, or Dark Star networks and has a data or shared data plan. Please see our terms of service for a list of ineligible devices.
Absolutely. During activation, you'll be prompted to either transfer your existing number or create a new one. We'll guide you through the transfer process step by step (and our support team is always here to help).
Yes! Almost all unlocked phones with eSIM capability or a SIM card slot will work with US Mobile. If your phone is locked to a carrier, we can help unlock it for you.
Currently, you can make international calls to 200+ destinations on either of our networks. It's included in all annual plans, By the Gig plans, and our monthly Premium plan. International calling can also be purchased as an add-on for Light and Monthly Starter plans. Please note that international calling is only supported on our domestic SIMs (within the US), not on our international data eSIMs.
Yes, depending on your plan. For example, Business Premium includes 20 GB of roaming data per line. Check your specific plan details for roaming coverage.
