How do I change my upcoming plan?
You can change your upcoming plan through your account dashboard. Here's how you can do it:
If you have already been charged for the next month by AutoPay, you can cancel your existing order before setting up a new one on AutoPay.
Sign in to your account and click on My Lines.
Click on the Line you want to change the plan for.
Click on Change Plan under Line Management.
Choose between Unlimited, By the Gig, or Low Data plans.
Select the plan you want and click continue. You can toggle between annual and monthly plans at the top right.
Select any add-ons you want with the plan and click Continue to checkout.
If prompted, select whether you want to start your new plan Immediately or at the End of cycle and click Continue to checkout.
If you don't see the option to choose between these two, your line will renew on the new plan when the current cycle ends. We'll charge you two days before renewal.
Choose the card you want to use for payment and click Checkout (if you chose Immediately) or Save changes (if you chose at the end of cycle).
Your new plan will go into effect once the new billing cycle starts. Autopay will charge you two days before your renewal date to make sure everything goes smoothly.
