Absolutely! Once you receive your US Mobile SIM card in the mail, head to the Activate SIM page and choose Keep My Number. Enter the account information of your existing mobile service provider and your existing phone number that you would like to port to US Mobile. Porting may take up to 24 hours to complete.
Activation is quick and easy. Visit https://www.usmobile.com/activate to complete the activation process. Make sure you have your SIM card on hand, as you'll need the SIM ICCID for activation.

On the Billing page in your dashboard you'll see a "RESTORE" button where "PAY NEXT BILL" normally appears. Select "RESTORE" and proceed through the checkout process. Once you successfully make a payment, your account will be restored for active use.

The purpose of having your account on Auto Pay is to avoid missing a payment and be stranded without talk, text and data. It allows you to set up automatic payments for your bill using your credit or debit card. Once you sign up, we will automatically charge your debit or credit card on the due date. You will still receive a monthly invoice via email detailing all charges.

Cancelling Auto Pay is as simple as signing up, just choose “Turn Off Auto Pay” in your account. In case you need to change the credit or debit card on file, head to “Configure Auto Pay” on your dashboard to edit the default card in your Billing section.

US Mobile is 100% contract free, so if you choose to leave us, all you need to do is remove the US Mobile SIM card from your phone. Your US Mobile service will end when you stop paying for service. We are sad to see you go and would love to hear your feedback here.
You may lose your phone number after 30 days without service. However; you can "snooze" your account using Auto Pay by not choosing any talk, text, or data. This means you can keep your number for just a $2/month service fee. This is a great option if you are traveling out of the country for a couple of months, but don't want to lose your number!
