How do I order a US Mobile SIM card?

Can I keep my current number?

Absolutely! Once you receive your US Mobile SIM card in the mail, head to the Activate SIM page and choose Keep My Number. Enter the account information of your existing mobile service provider and your existing phone number that you would like to port to US Mobile. Porting may take up to 24 hours to complete.

How do I activate my US Mobile SIM card?

Activation is quick and easy. Visit to complete the activation process. Make sure you have your SIM card on hand, as you'll need the SIM ICCID for activation.

Once you arrive on the activation page, fill in the following information:

  1. Enter your SIM ICC ID # [found on your SIM card]
  2. Zip code [your home address]
  3. Email address
  4. First name and last name
  5. A password of your choice (your account will be created with your email address as the user name).
  6. Create your plan
    • Select any combination of talk, text, and data to build your custom plan. Not sure what you need? Don't worry, you can always come back to top off or adjust your plan.
  7. Make your payment
    • Billing Address [as it appears on the bank statement of your card]
    • Credit Card Details
  8. Agree to the Terms and Conditions

What setup is required for data to work on my phone?

If you have a smartphone and wish to use data on the US Mobile network, you will have to add the correct APN settings to your device. Visit Configuring Your Device for detailed instructions regarding setting up APN settings.


Which credit cards are accepted for monthly billing and purchases?

US Mobile accepts all credit or debit cards. We also offer Auto Pay for safe and convenient bill payment.

How are incoming calls billed?

All US carriers measure calls in minutes with both incoming and outgoing calls counting towards minutes. You will only be billed if you answer the call.

When is my invoice balance due?

The date your balance is due depends on when your billing cycle begins. Find the due date for your current billing period in My Account If you need to change your billing cycle due date, contact our 24/7 Customer Support at 1-888-878-1488.

How do I restore my account if I miss a payment?

On the Billing page in your dashboard you'll see a "RESTORE" button where "PAY NEXT BILL" normally appears. Select "RESTORE" and proceed through the checkout process. Once you successfully make a payment, your account will be restored for active use.

Are there any hidden fees with US Mobile?

Nope! US Mobile will never add any hidden fees to your bill. All our prices are listed before taxes and surcharges. US Mobile is obligated to collect taxes and regulatory fees on behalf of federal, state and local governments. You will see a monthly service fee of $2. If you see any charges that you don't understand, please contact Customer Support at 1-888-878-1488.

How does Auto Pay work?

The purpose of having your account on Auto Pay is to avoid missing a payment and be stranded without talk, text and data. It allows you to set up automatic payments for your bill using your credit or debit card. Once you sign up, we will automatically charge your debit or credit card on the due date. You will still receive a monthly invoice via email detailing all charges.

In order to activate Auto Pay, you need to:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Tap "Turn On Auto Pay", which is located on top of the page, below the bar where it says when your service ends.
  3. Choose your payment plan. We have already pre-populated the matrix with the plan you are currently using but feel free to change it before activating Auto Pay. Even with it activated you can upgrade and downgrade as you please.
  4. Tap "Activate Auto Pay" at the bottom of the page and it's activated.

You now have one thing less to remember every month!

Change Auto Pay:

Cancelling Auto Pay is as simple as signing up, just choose “Turn Off Auto Pay” in your account. In case you need to change the credit or debit card on file, head to “Configure Auto Pay” on your dashboard to edit the default card in your Billing section.

How do I choose a plan?

US Mobile offers fully customizable plans to fit your personal needs. Select any combination of talk, text, and data to create your own plan. Not sure what you need? Don't worry, you can always come back to top or adjust your plan. We'll never charge any overage fees.

Can I share a plan across multiple lines?

We do not offer plan sharing at the moment.

Where can I view my usage and manage my top ups?

Log in to My Account to view your usage. If you are running low on talk, text, or data simply "Add More" from your dashboard in three quick clicks. Top ups are valid for 30 days.

Is it free to call 1-800 numbers?

While you will not be charged a long-distance calling fee for dialing 800 numbers, you are using minutes on your plan. Contact US Mobile's 24/7 Customer Support for free by dialing 611.

How are minutes charged?

All US carriers bill minutes in 60 second increments. This means that a call for 1 minute and 10 seconds will appear on your billing statement as a 2-minute call.


Will my phone get 4G LTE data?

US Mobile runs on an ultra-fast 4G LTE network. Your data compatibility and speed will depend on your device. In order to access our high speed data network, your device must include a 1700/2100 (AWS) frequency band. If you are unsure about what kind of coverage your device will get with US Mobile, give us a call or shoot us an email. We are here to help!

Is US Mobile available in my area?

US Mobile's ultra-fast 4G LTE network reaches over 230 million people across the US, and allocates more network capacity per user than any other service. Check our coverage map to see if service is available in your area.

What internationals plans does US Mobile offer?

US Mobile offers competitive international calling rates. We do not offer international roaming coverage at this time.


Why is my data not working?

Please make sure to add APN settings when you first start using US Mobile. You can find detailed instructions for iPhones, Android phones and Windows phones.

Why am I not receiving US Mobile emails?

Make sure that you have the correct email address listed on your account and that you have confirmed your email address. If the correct email is listed, check the spam folder in your email account. If you're still having trouble, reach out to us and we'll help you get to the bottom of it.

My MMS are not working? - Troubleshooting

Below are the step by step instructions:

  • You first need to make sure that your phone's APN are perfectly setup.
  • Turn off Wifi.
  • There should be only one APN profile in the list.


Does my plan include conference calling?

Yup! Please note that not all handsets support conference calls. To see how your handset allows conference calling, please refer to your phone's user manual.

Does US Mobile offer Visual Voicemail?

We do not currently provide Visual Voicemail.

Can I cancel my service?

US Mobile is 100% contract free, so if you choose to leave us, all you need to do is remove the US Mobile SIM card from your phone. Your US Mobile service will end when you stop paying for service. We are sad to see you go and would love to hear your feedback here.

Will I lose my number if I stop my service?

You may lose your phone number after 30 days without service. However; you can "snooze" your account using Auto Pay by not choosing any talk, text, or data. This means you can keep your number for just a $2/month service fee. This is a great option if you are traveling out of the country for a couple of months, but don't want to lose your number!
