How do I cancel a payment?
If you've paid for another month of service and realize that you've chosen the wrong plan, here's how you can cancel the payment and reorder:
From the Website Dashboard:
Sign in to your account and click on My Lines.
Click on the line that you would like to cancel the payment for.
Scroll down to the Billings tab and select View Invoice.
Click Cancel Plan to cancel the current order. A refund will be processed automatically, and will show up on your credit/debit card within 2-3 business days.
From the Mobile App:
Login to the US Mobile App. Download it for iOS here and for Android here.
Tap on the Lines tab, then select the line you want to cancel payment for.
Scroll down to the Billing section and tap on View Invoice.
Tap Cancel Plan to cancel the current order. A refund will be processed automatically and will show up on your credit/debit card within 2-3 business days.
This only works if your new plan is still 'scheduled' i.e. the current billing cycle hasn't ended, so the plans you bought are still queued.
Shareable Data Plan payments cannot be canceled in advance. Please reach out to customer support via chat, email, or call for assistance anytime!
You can't cancel top-up orders yourself.
