Where can I update my payment information?

  1. Go to the US Mobile website and click on Dashboard at the top right corner OR Sign in to your account by entering your login credentials.

  2. Click on Settings in the left sidebar.

  3. Click on the Billing tab. You can see the cards you've added under the Payment section.

  4. Click on the Trash can icon next to an existing card to remove it, or select + Add New to add a new one.

  5. Enter your card details, and click on Add.

You can head to each individual line and view the attached plans. After having selected the plans you want to keep, scroll down to the Billing section. Under, there will be an option for "Manage Payment" from which you can select the Credit Card you want to be charged for that particular line. After this step, your billing information will be updated and your future payments will be from the selected card.
