Can I change or renew my plan in the middle of the month?
Yes, you can change or renew your base plan in the middle of the month. Please note that you will lose the remaining days of service if you do so.
Here's how you can renew the plan:
Switching from a By the Gig plan to an individual plan (or vice versa)
Sign in to your account dashboard and click on My Lines in the left sidebar.
Click on the line you want to change the plan for.
Click on Change Plan under Line Management.
Choose between Unlimited, By the Gig, or Low Data plans.
Select the plan you want and click continue. You can toggle between annual and monthly plans at the top right.
Select any add-ons you want with the plan and click Continue to checkout.
Choose Immediately to start your plan now and click Continue to checkout.
Choose the card you want to use for payment and click Checkout.
Switching from an Individual plan to another Individual plan
Sign in to your account dashboard and click on My Lines in the left sidebar.
Select the line you wish to change the plan for.
Under Billing in the bottom right corner, click on Manage autopay
Toggle it off and then click Turn OFF Autopay.
Now, click on Change Plan under Line Management.
Choose between Unlimited, By the Gig, or Low Data plans.
Select the plan you want and click continue.
Select any add-ons you want with the plan and click Continue to checkout.
Turn off the Autopay toggle, then click Checkout to complete the payment for the new plan.
