Get Started With US Mobile

If you're a new customer, you can port in your existing number from another carrier or get a new number.

• If you're a new customer and porting in your first number from another carrier, you can get a 30-day free trial that includes unlimited calls and texts, and 30 GBs of Premium data.

• New customers can also choose to pay upfront for 3 months of service on the starter plan to get a discount ($15/month instead of the usual $25). It can be used for both new numbers, or for porting in your own number from another carrier.

You will need the following:

• Any device that is eligible to be used on our Warp, Light Speed, and Dark Star network (most devices)

• Either a Starter Kit or an eSIM-compatible device

• Coverage in your area

In order to be eligible for the 3-month Unlimited Starter Promo, the following criteria must be met:

• You can only get the Free Trial on your first line. You must port in your number from another carrier to get this offer.

• You can't use phone numbers or devices that have previously been active on a US Mobile line.

Transferring your number from some select carriers is not permitted for the free trial.

• You can only get the Unlimited Starter Promo offer once on a single line.

• This offer is only valid for those users who have not availed the Free Trial.

• You must port in a number or activate a new line to get this offer. It's not available on existing lines.

If you're a new customer and want to test out our services, you can get a free trial by porting in your number from another carrier.

• 30GB Premium data, of which 5GB can be used as hotspot.

If you're looking to save a buck, you can choose to pay for 3 months of service upfront and get a $30 discount. The 3-month promo costs $45 ($15/month instead of the regular $25 price).

The steps for starting your new service with US Mobile are as easy as it gets:

1. Head over to your Account Dashboard.

2. Click on Add a new Line and then click on Special Offers.

3. Select 3 Months of Unlimited Starter or Free Trial and click Continue.

4. Choose whether you want to get a Starter Kit mailed to you. You can skip this if you already have a SIM card or plan to activate using an eSIM.

5. Add your payment method details and billing address, then click Checkout.

6. Click on Start Activation.

7. Select your preferred network and hit Continue

8. Select your Activation Type and hit Continue.

9. Choose between transferring your number or get a new one, and fill in the required details.

10. Choose any add-ons that you'd like for the plan, confirm the order details and click Activate.

11. Customize your line Avatar and name and save.

12. Your line will be activated in a few minutes:

Once your line is activated, you'll get the QR code to install the eSIM. If you have any trouble scanning your QR code, you can manually activate eSIM by following this guide.

2. Tap on Lines, then Activate your first line.

3. Scroll down and tap on Special Offers.

4. Select 3 Months of Unlimited Starter or Free Trial and tap Continue.

5. Add your payment method details and billing address, then hit Checkout.
