What do I do if I run out of minutes, texts, or data in the middle of the month?
If you ever find yourself running low on minutes, text, or data during a billing cycle, you can easily top-up through your dashboard, the US Mobile app, or SMS codes. You need to pay the amount for the Top Up as there are no extra fees for adding Top Up to your account, nor is there any limit to the number of times you can add Top Ups in a billing cycle. What’s more, these Top Ups are eligible for rollover, as described below.
How to Top Up Individual Lines
Sign in to your account and go to My Lines.
Click on the line you want to top up.
You can see the amount of data, calls, and texts you've used and the remaining amount under the Current Cycle tile.
- For Lines on Unlimited Plans
The high-speed data Top Up lasts till the end of your current billing cycle and doesn't roll over to the next one.
Click + next to Premium Data Used.
You can buy a 5GB high-speed data Top Up for $10.
Choose the payment method and click Confirm Topup.
- For Lines on the Light Plan
Click on + next to Domestic Data Used.
Select the Top Up option you want.
Choose the payment method and click Confirm Topup.
How to Top Up a Shareable Data Pool
Click on My Pools.
Click on the Shareable Data Pool you want to Top Up.
Click Add Top Up.
Enter the Topup amount you want.
Click Save Changes.

SMS Top Up
You can also quickly add more talk, text, or data on the go just by simply texting "TOPUP" at +1(888)878-1488. This works for all lines on Unlimited/Light plans. If your line is on a shareable data plan, you'll have to add the topup from the app/website.
To disable this option, go to your website dashboard. Click on the line you want to disable, go to line settings, choose connectivity tools, and turn off the SMS Top-Up toggle.
Will the Top Up Rollover?
Yes! Unused minutes, texts, and data from Top Ups on the Light Plan and custom plans do roll over to your next billing cycle. The way they roll over depends on the network you are on.
The high-speed data Top Ups on Unlimited plans do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
On our Light Speed Network, minutes, texts, and data from Top Ups are valid for 30 days from the date they were added to your line, regardless of when the base plan ends. Remember that you need an active line (with a base plan) to have service and use the unused minutes, texts, or data from Top Ups.
On our Warp and Dark Star Networks, minutes, texts, and data from Top Ups roll over and the remaining amount is added to the next month's base plan, provided the next plan has been paid for in advance, or you have AutoPay set up already, and the new plan includes a base plan of the same category as the top-up.
For example, if you want a Data Top Up to roll over to the next billing cycle, you must have data in your base plan for the next billing cycle.
