How Do I Set Up Wi-Fi Calling?

Setting up Wi-Fi calling on iOS and Android is straightforward and easy. Follow the steps below to enable it:
To activate Wi-Fi Calling, you need to be within the US in a coverage area
iOS
To set up Wi-Fi calling on most iOS, follow these steps:
On your iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular.
If your iPhone has Dual SIM, choose a line (below Cellular Plans).
Tap Wi-Fi Calling, then turn on Wi-Fi Calling on This iPhone.
Enter or confirm your address for emergency services.
Your iPhone is now ready for Wi-Fi calls
Android
To set up Wi-Fi calling on most Android phones:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet.
Select SIMs and tap on your US Mobile line.
Find Wi-Fi Calling and turn it on.
Enter or confirm your address for emergency services
Your phone is now ready for Wi-Fi calls. You’ll want to configure your Wi-Fi preferences now.
Light Speed
To enable Wi-Fi Calling on the Light Speed network:
Sign in to your dashboard and go to My Lines.
Click on the phone line you want to activate Wi-Fi Calling for.
Under Line Settings, click on Connectivity Tools to expand it, and then click on Wi-Fi Calling.
Enter the e911 address.
The e911 address is the address used to send to Fire / Police / other Emergency Services teams when a 911 call is placed. It is a requirement to provide an accurate address to ensure a timely response in case of an emergency.
Click on Enable Wi-Fi Calling.
Once done, you can go to your phone's settings and turn ON the Wi-Fi Calling toggle.
Setting Wi-Fi Calling Preferences
To set your calling preferences:
Click on Wi-Fi Calling (not the green slider button)
Click on Connection preferences
Choose from one of the options below:
Wi-Fi preferred – this will make the phone connect to Wi-Fi when cellular and Wi-Fi are both available
Cellular preferred – this will make the phone connect to cellular when there are both cellular and Wi-Fi
Never use cellular network – Your phone will only use Wi-Fi networks for calls.
