I forgot my voicemail password

If you don't remember what your voicemail password is, you'll need to reset it. Follow the steps below for each network to get it updated.

Simply dial #PWD# (#793#) from your phone. Your password will be reset to the last 4 digits of your mobile number.

• Dial 123

• Enter the last four digits of your phone number if prompted.

• Press 5 and then 1 in the main menu to change your password to a number that is easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess.

If you're on the Warp network, To reset your voicemail password:

• Log into your account

• Go to Individual Lines

  

• Select your desired line

  

• Click on Line Settings

  

• Click on Voicemail

  

• Choose the option to Reset Mailbox Password
  

  

Upon resetting the voicemail, the default password will be 1234. You can change it by dialing *86 from your phone.

If you're on our Dark Star network, you'll need to contact customer support to reset your voicemail box if you forget the password. Please note that this will erase all voicemails from your inbox.
