Where can I check my remaining Minutes, Text Messages, and Data?

You can check your account balance on your online dashboard, in the US Mobile application, or using SMS codes. Here's how you can do this:

From the Website Dashboard

  1. Sign in to your account. You'll find yourself on your account dashboard.

  2. Click on My Lines and then choose the line you want to check usage for.

  3. You can check the remaining minutes, texts, or data under the current cycle tab.

Here's how you can check usage for By the Gig (Shareable Data) Plans.

  1. Click on My Pools on the left sidebar.

  2. Click on the pool you want to check usage for

  3. You can check total pool usage as well as usage on each line under Pool Usage.

From the Mobile App

  1. Sign into your US Mobile app. Download it for iOS here and for Android here.

  2. Tap on the Lines tab and then tap on the line you want to check usage for.

  3. You can check the remaining minutes, texts, or data under the Current Cycle tab.

  4. Tap on the Usage Metrics tab to check usage details.

Here's how you can check usage on By the Gig (Shareable Data) Plans:

  1. Tap on My Pools at the top of the Lines tab.

  2. Tap on the pool you want to check.

  3. You can check remaining pool data under the Remaining Data tile.

  4. Tap on the Usage Metrics tab to check usage details.
