Step 1: Ensure Device Compatibility
Check for a SIM Card Slot
Some newer phones (e.g., certain Apple devices) might only support eSIM.
If your phone has a physical SIM tray, you’re good to go!
Open the Starter Kit
Grab your SIM popper tool.
Gently insert it into the small pinhole on your phone’s SIM tray.
Press lightly until the tray pops out.
If your device tray fits a Nano, Micro, or Standard SIM, the Starter Kit has all sizes ready.
Dual SIM Devices

Step 5: Select or Port In Your Phone Number
New Number
If you want a brand-new phone number, choose that option and enter your ZIP code to match area codes.
Port In
Bring your existing number from another carrier by selecting “Port In.”
Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your previous carrier details.
Choose Your Number
If generating a new number, pick from a list of available options.
Step 6: Finalize Your Activation
Review Your Details
Double-check the network, SIM card number, and phone number selection.
Confirm & Activate
Click “Activate”.
The system will process your request, typically within a few minutes.
Profile Setup
You can customize your line profile (picture, color, name) once activation is successful.
Step 7: Insert the SIM Card
Punch Out the Correct SIM Size
Most modern smartphones use the Nano SIM (smallest cutout).
Gently push it out from the Starter Kit card.
Pop Open Your Phone’s SIM Tray
Use the SIM popper tool to eject the tray.
Align the SIM Card
Match the diagonal cut on the SIM card to the tray’s cutout.
The SIM should sit flush—no gaps or wiggle.
Reinsert the Tray
Push the tray back in until it clicks securely into place.
