10/24/2023: Revamped Dashboard and More Self-Service Options
We've just added several major improvements to our dashboard for single lines (lines that are not on a shareable data plan). Apart from a visual refresh, this release adds a lot of self-service options for customers. Here's a few things you'll now be able to do yourself straight from your dashboard:
Voicemail Management
Now you can reset your voicemail password, or empty your voicemail box, straight from the website. You no longer need to contact customer service to manage your voicemail. You can find the option to do this on the line settings page.
Wi-Fi Calling Setup
You've been able to enable Wi-Fi calling straight from the app for Warp 5G lines, but have had to contact customer service to set the e911 address for Light Speed lines. Now we've brought the option to do this yourself from the dashboard. If your line is on Light Speed, you'll get an option to add the e911 address in line settings. Once you've set it up on the dashboard, you can enable Wi-Fi calling from your phone's settings.
Advanced Snooze Management
You've been able to snooze your line and schedule it to wake up on the next billing cycle from your dashboard for a while. Now you also have the option to wake up the line immediately if you choose.
Transfer to eSIM
If you've got 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) set up on your account, you've been able to swap your Warp number to another eSIM from the dashboard. Now you can do the same on Light Speed and Dark Star as well. Just make sure you've already upgraded to the new Light Speed network - you won't see the button if you're on the legacy GSM network.
Coming Soon
There's a lot more exciting features that we're currently working on to bring to you in the future - downloading usage logs, international usage tracking, international roaming top ups, and switching from Warp to GSM and vice versa (internal porting), to name a few. Stay tuned for more updates!
Downloading your usage logs is now available and you can switch your line between our three networks—Warp, Light Speed (Formerly GSM), and Dark Star with a push of a button.
