How does the Risk-free trial work?
We guarantee that you’ll love your service on our Warp, Light Speed or Dark Star network so we’re giving you a 30-day free trial. That’s right - 30 days completely free with unlimited talk and text and 30 GB of premium data!
New customers who are ineligible for a free trial, can also try us out risk-free — we will give you a full refund within 7 days or before 100 minutes, 100 texts, or 1 GB of data is used, whichever comes first. Existing customers who are voluntarily leaving are ineligible for refunds.

Here’s our standard return policy for all devices!
US Mobile will gladly issue a refund within 14 calendar days starting the day you receive your product. A customer service representative will be in contact within 7 business days regarding the status of your return.
A $50 restocking fee will be applied to all device returns. Phone talk time must be under 30 minutes. Returning your device does not automatically cancel your service. For further assistance, reach out to our support team via chat, call, or email.

Check return conditions
Return items must be factory reset, in brand new condition, and contain all original manuals, cords, accessories and any other items included.

Request a return label
Email [email protected] with your order number and we will send you a free return label, which you can print out and attach to your parcel.

Pack and ship your product
Once you’ve included all the items, put the return label on the package and mail it to us during your return period.

All new devices and OEM Accessories purchased from US Mobile come with a One-Year Manufacturer Warranty from the original date of sale unless otherwise specified. Kindly direct all warranty claims to the product manufacturer.

Refurbished devices purchased from US Mobile are covered by a three-month warranty.
