Most smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches from major brands are eligible. To confirm, simply select or enter your device details in the trade in tool. If your device isn’t listed, it may not qualify for trade in.
Devices are accepted in a range of conditions, from New to Poor. A device’s condition will be a factor in determining its trade in value.
We work with multiple trusted vendors to ensure you get the highest possible value for your device. Your device’s model, storage size, age, and condition (New, Excellent, Average, Poor) are all factors in the calculation. You’ll see an instant estimate online that you can accept or decline.
If the device matches the model and condition you described, you’ll receive the quoted value. If there are differences, you’ll be provided with an updated offer, which you can accept or decline. If declined, your device would be returned to you, free of charge.
Payouts are issued through Tremendous, a secure digital payout platform. You’ll receive an email with instructions for redeeming your payment, with options like Venmo, Paypal, bank transfer, and gift cards for major retailers.
Sometimes our emails may take a few minutes to arrive. Check your spam or junk folder just in case. If you still don’t see it, add [email protected] to your emails contacts and submit another trade-in request.
No. A prepaid shipping label is provided so you can send in your device at no cost.
Once your device is received, it will be inspected and, if accepted, your payout will be issued in 3-5 business days, via our payment partner Tremendous.
Simply don't ship your device and your trade in will automatically be canceled after 32 days. There's nothing else you need to do.
We strongly recommend you backup and then erase your device before sending it in. After receipt, all remaining data is securely wiped to industry standards.
