Frequently asked questions
Add at least 3 lines to your account on the monthly Unlimited Premium plan and make sure they are using Autopay. After you’ve added your 3rd line, you can choose your perk.
Verify your chosen subscriptions one every three months and we’ll apply a service credit equal to the subscription fee (up to $15/month) towards your next month of service with Autopay on the line that earned your perk.

Your receipts must show the account holder’s name, and a billing period that matches the last three months.
You have to verify your subscription every three months. We reserve the right to recheck the status of subscriptions at any time.
When the status of one of your Unlimited Premium lines changes, your eligibility for perks may change.

You’ll need three or more lines on the Monthly Unlimited Premium plan to qualify for perks.
Yes! If you have an annual subscription for a qualifying perk, send us the receipt, and we’ll divide the total cost by 12 to apply a monthly discount on the line eligible for the perk.
To be eligible, the Unlimited Premium lines must have AutoPay on. The service credit equal to the subscription fee (up to $15 value) will be reflected starting on the following month’s autopay payment on the line that earned your perk.
If you turn off Autopay, the service credit will no longer be eligible and will be canceled automatically.
After we’ve received and verified your subscription, we’ll apply the corresponding service credit towards your next months of service on the line that earned your perk.
Service credit will only apply to future Autopay orders. They will not apply to activation orders, line restoration orders, top ups, phones, SIMs, Starter Kits, or any other type of order.
You can choose the version of the service that works best for you. Our perks include the subscriptions listed above. Customers can also upgrade to the higher tiers; we will cover up to $15 of the monthly cost. If you have questions just reach out to us.
