Will my phone work with US Mobile?

Any unlocked phone or device that has a SIM card slot or is eSIM capable (click on 'Full list here' in the Check your phone section) will most likely work with US Mobile. Here are the devices that can work with us:

  1. Unlocked Phones

  2. Smartwatches

  3. Tablets

  4. Fitness trackers

  5. GPS trackers

  6. Wireless alarm systems

  7. Standalone Hotspot Devices

  8. Any other smart or IoT device

These will work even if they have been purchased from outside the US, as long as they have the required wireless bands and are carrier-unlocked. You can Get Started by trying our Warp 5G or GSM 5G service and opting for a 30-day Free Trial or Get a new number at half the price.

Apple Watches are not supported at the moment. We're working with Apple to bring them to our networks soon. Other smartwatches, however, can work with our GSM 5G network.

An unlocked device is free from all carriers and device restrictions.

Is my device unlocked?

Only your device provider carrier/manufacturer can confirm the unlock status. But in general, you can do the following to check:

  • Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators and tap Search.

  • Now see if the names of other carriers come up. If multiple carrier names show up, your phone might be unlocked.

  • Alternatively, for iPhones, go to Settings > General > About Phone > check the message under Carrier Lock. It should show "No Restrictions".
