Recycling old phones

If you have an old device you no longer need, you can trade it in for cash back or recycle it with us.

Trade-in for cash back​

If your phone still has value, you can use our Trade In Program to sell your old device and receive money back. This is a separate process from buying a new phone. You'll have 32 days to send in your device, either before or after getting your new one. Once your trade-in is evaluated, you'll receive payment separately.

Recycling​

If you want to recycle your phone responsibly, we'll provide you with a prepaid return label. Remove your SIM card, factory reset your device, and send it back to us. Recycling does not include credit or payout.

  1. Contact us: Call our customer support line at +1 (878) 205 - 0088 and let us know you'd like to recycle your phone. We'll help you get a prepaid return label.
  2. Receive the prepaid return label: We'll send the prepaid return label to you via email.
  3. Prepare your phone:
    • Remove the SIM card from your phone.
    • Perform a factory reset to erase all your data.
  4. Send us your phone: Attach the prepaid return label to your package and send your phone back to us.
