How to set up your device with Warp in case of No Service

If you’re on our Warp network, manual APN configurations are not required. Some customers may face no service issues right after activating their SIM cards. All you need is a quick restart, and you should be good to go!
Before restarting your phone, please follow these steps:
Please turn the Airplane mode ON and then OFF.
Make sure your phone also has the latest software update.
Turn data roaming OFF on your phone.
Connect your phone with a working Wi-Fi connection.
If your phone still has no service after the restart, don’t worry!
Follow these troubleshooting steps which should help fix the no-service issue. It takes about two minutes and we’ll be with you in every step of the way!
