Referral rewards
When you refer a friend or family member to US Mobile, you can earn up to $225 per referral to spend wherever Mastercard is accepted.
Once your friend or family member brings their number over to US Mobile, spends over $100 (excluding amounts spent on devices, add-ons, roaming, international eSIM, or top-ups), and keeps the line active with us for at least 6 months, that's a successful referral.
How much will I get per referral?
You'll earn increasing rewards with each successful referral, according to the following structure:
- 1st referral = $25
- 2nd referral = another $25
- 3rd referral = $75
- 4th referral = $100
- 5th referral = $225
- 6 to 10 referrals = $225 per referral
For 10 successful referrals, you'll earn $1,575 in total rewards.
Rewards are capped at 10 referrals per year.
The person you refer (the referee) also gets $25 for signing up using your referral link. The referee reward is subject to the same terms and conditions as the referrer reward.
These rewards will show up on the rewards page in the form of a virtual card. You can use it anywhere inside the US, wherever Mastercard is accepted.
How can I refer someone?
- Sign in to your account.
- Select Rewards in the left column.
- Under the Rewards Center, select the Rewards tab. To join the Rewards Program, enter your details and accept the Terms to use the US Mobile Rewards card.
- Go back to the Refer a friend tab. You'll have a Unique Referral Link you can share with friends and family as many times as you want.
When will I get my referral reward?
You'll be paid by a US Mobile Rewards Prepaid Mastercard® once the referred person has spent a total of $100 on plans and stayed for six continuous months with a port-in number (some plans excluded — Terms and Conditions apply). The referred person will also receive a $25 US Mobile Rewards card.

How can I track my referrals?
To view the status of your referrals:
- Sign in to your account dashboard.
- Select Rewards in the left column.
- Scroll down to the People you've referred section.
- Select the name of the person you've referred to check their referral journey.
The person you referred hasn't fulfilled all the conditions to complete the referral? Send them a friendly reminder by selecting Give a Nudge. We'll email them asking to complete the process.

Who is eligible to participate in the referral program?
- All existing US Mobile customers with an active, paid Warp, Light Speed, or Dark Star line and a US Mobile account in good standing.
What makes a referral successful?
- A referral is successful when the new customer activates a plan, spends at least $100 in their first 6 months, ports in their number, and keeps an active continuous service with US Mobile during that period. Light plans and custom plans don't count toward this program. If the referred person is on an annual plan, the value is prorated monthly to count toward the $100 requirement.
When will I receive my referral reward?
- Rewards are typically processed within 24 hours to 2 weeks after the referral cycle is completed, once the referred person has spent at least $100 over the 6-month period.
How will I receive my referral reward?
- Rewards are credited to your US Mobile Rewards Prepaid Mastercard®, which is issued by Patriot Bank.
Can I refer multiple friends?
- Yes, you can refer as many people as you want, but rewards are capped at 10 referrals per year.
What would disqualify a referral?
- Referrals are disqualified if the referee has an existing account, or if the referrer and referee share the same billing address, payment method, or IP address.
Can businesses or influencers participate in the referral program?
- No, the program is for individual customers only and not for businesses, influencers, or large-scale promotions.
What happens if there is a delay in receiving my reward?
- Rewards are processed within 30 days after plan activation and verification. US Mobile isn't responsible for delays in processing.
