Changing or pausing your plan

If you want to try a different plan, you can change it any time. Or, if you need a break from service, you can pause your line with the Snooze Plan — it keeps your line and number active for a low monthly fee.

When you change your plan mid-cycle:

  • Your current plan ends immediately.
  • You won't receive a credit for unused time on your cycle.
  • Your new plan and billing cycle begin immediately.

Renewing an individual plan or switching between individual plans

  1. Sign in to your account dashboard and select My Lines in the left sidebar.
  2. Select the line you want to change the plan for.
  3. Under Billing in the bottom right corner, select Manage autopay.
  4. Turn off AutoPay and select Turn OFF Autopay.
  5. Select Change Plan under Line Management.
  6. Choose between Unlimited, By-the-gig, or Low Data plans.
  7. Select the plan you want and select Continue.
  8. Select any add-ons you want and select Continue to checkout.
  9. Choose Immediately to start your plan now, or End of Cycle to change your plan at the start of your next billing cycle, then select Continue to checkout.
  10. Choose the card you want to use for payment and select Checkout.

Switching from a by-the-gig plan to an individual plan (or vice versa)

  1. Sign in to your account dashboard and select My Lines in the left sidebar.
  2. Select the line you want to change the plan for.
  3. Select Change Plan under Line Management.
  4. Choose between Unlimited, By-the-gig, or Low Data plans.
  5. Select the plan you want and select Continue. You can switch between annual and monthly plans at the top right.
  6. Select any add-ons you want and select Continue to checkout.
  7. Choose Immediately to start your plan now, or End of Cycle to change your plan at the start of your next billing cycle, then select Continue to checkout.
  8. Choose the card you want to use for payment and select Checkout.

Pausing your plan (Snooze)

Keep your number active without paying for a full plan by snoozing your line for $2.98 per 30 days. It's a good fit for when you're traveling or temporarily not using your line.

Why snooze your line?

If you're not going to use your line for a while — say, you're leaving the country for a few months — the Snooze Plan lets you keep your number in service at a minimal cost of $2.98 per 30 days. No need to pay for a full plan or risk losing your number.

Here's how to snooze your line:

  1. Sign in to your account and go to your dashboard.
  2. Select the line you want to snooze.
  3. Under Line Settings, select Usage & Controls to expand it.
  4. Select Snooze Line.
  5. Select your payment method and select Snooze my line.

Your monthly cost will be $2.98, including the service fee and a small amount of tax.

How to unsnooze your line

To wake up your line:

  1. Sign in to your account and go to your dashboard.
  2. Go to the line you want to unsnooze.
  3. Select Wake up the line.
  4. Choose your plan and select Save changes.
  5. Your line will renew on your chosen plan when the snooze period ends. To change plans right away, contact us.
