Checking your remaining balance

You can check your account balance on your online dashboard, in the US Mobile app, or by text. Here's how:

Checking usage on a line

1. Select the Lines tab and then select the line you want to check usage for.
2. View your remaining minutes, texts, or data under the Current Cycle tab.
3. Select the Usage Metrics tab to view usage details.

Checking usage for a by-the-gig plan

1. Select Pools.

   If you're on mobile, first go to your Lines dashboard.

2. Select the pool you want to check.
3. From here you can view your remaining data, add top-ups, and review individual line usage within a data pool.

By text (SMS)

Text TOPUP to +1(888)878-1488 to add more talk, text, or data — works for all plans. On an unlimited plan, you can also text BALANCE to the same number to view your remaining balance.
