US Mobile Protect is our phone protection program that we offer in partnership with AKKO.

Step 1: Log in to US Mobile from your browser and navigate to your "My Lines" page.

Step 2: Click on the line you would like to add device protection to and under the Add-Ons section, click "Protect your phone"

Step 3: Select your plan duration and checkout. You will receive a text and email from AKKO to complete enrollment.

A deductible is the maximum amount you pay for a repair or reimbursement before your protection plan covers the rest.

Here are the deductibles for different types of damage:
• $29 for screen repairs
• $99 for other repairs
• $149 for total phone replacement

Coverage for damage (cracks, drops etc.), loss, and theft goes into effect immediately after device verification is completed in the AKKO app. Coverage for breakdown (mechanical or electrical failure) goes into effect 30 days after plan activation. Most manufacturers already cover breakdown for up to a year after sale.

To get your phone protected, you first need a line with US Mobile. Once you purchase protection on that line, any device that is currently active on the line is protected. If you switch devices on that line, we will automatically update your coverage, but you will need to complete a quick verification step with AKKO for the new device.

If the phone on your dashboard is outdated you can update it directly in the AKKO app or reach out to our customer support for assistance.

Yes. Each AKKO account is tied to one phone number. If you have multiple lines, you will use each phone number to log in to AKKO and manage your account and coverage.

For your protection to remain active, your line must also remain active. If you port-out to another carrier, your protection plan will be automatically cancelled. If you are owed a refund, you will receive it within five business days.

Your plan will automatically renew if you have AutoPay turned on. If your plan has not been paid by the due date, you will not be able to file new claims. If the plan remains unpaid for 30 days it will automatically cancel.

You can cancel your device protection plan anytime.

Within 30 days of purchase, you will be refunded for the full cost. After 30 days for annual plans, your refund will be prorated for the unused days. For monthly plans, your plan will continue until the end of the cycle and not renew. You should receive the refund within five business days after cancellation.

After providing some info about your claim, our partner AKKO will review. Once approved, you can choose your method of payout for the full cost of repair or replacement after your deductible.

Your plan covers you wherever you are in the world. If a covered incident happens while you're out of the country, rest assured that you can get a replacement or reimbursement even before you come back to the United States.

We cover any kind of smartphone from any manufacturer. Android, Apple, anything, it's all covered.

When you're protected by US Mobile Protect, you can file an unlimited number of claims.

You can receive your reimbursement for repairs or replacements via Venmo, Paypal, ACH or gift cards.

Yes. For Apple devices, you will be given the option to repair through the Apple Store. You will be directed to Apple's repair website to schedule an appointment.

For your protection to remain active, your line must also remain active. If your line expires due to non-payment, you will not be able to file claims for your phone. If it remains expired for 30 days, your protection plan will automatically be cancelled.
