If you’re not 100% satisfied with our support or service, we will refund you.

If within 14 days of service, 300 minutes, 300 texts, or 300 MB of data consumption, whichever comes first, you are not completely satisfied with our service and wish to cancel, we will refund your money. SIM and shipping fees are non-refundable.

What is a SIM Card?

A SIM card is a small computer chip paired to your mobile number that can be swapped in and out of different mobile phones. The SIM card lets your mobile carrier know that your phone is your phone, and enables access to wireless networks for data, talk & texts.

SIM cards come in three sizes — all provided in one 3-in-1 card with perforations to break out the required card. These days, most phones use the smallest size, called a nano SIM card. If your phone is from 2013 or earlier, it may use a micro or mini SIM card.

Some recent phones have no physical SIM card slot at all, instead using eSIM, a software based SIM card, that enables instant activation.
