Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of services and devices provided by US Mobile, Inc. ("US Mobile", "USM", "we", "our"). All users must comply with this policy, which is designed to ensure lawful, secure, and responsible use of our services. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of services, as outlined below.

USM may determine that abnormal, unreasonable, or impermissible usage is occurring, and may take appropriate steps even if the number of minutes/texts/data used is not excessive, when a customer's calling patterns during more than one month reflect:

1. Calling of unusually high numbers of unique numbers, which may indicate improper use;

2. Extended call lengths beyond typical usage patterns, which may impact network capacity;

3. High frequency of call forwarding or transferring, suggesting potential misuse of service features;

4. Frequent use of conference calling services, which may contribute to network congestion;

5. A significant number of short duration calls, which could indicate an attempt to disrupt service or other abusive behavior;

6. An unusually high total number of calls made during a month, which may suggest automated or non-personal use;

7. Predominantly making calls during business hours, indicating possible commercial use contrary to intended personal use guidelines; and

8. Numerous calls terminated and re-initiated consecutively, contributing to excessive call lengths in a short time frame, which could be seen as an attempt to circumvent system constraints.

1. Illegal Activities: You may not use our services or devices for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to harassment, threats, abuse, defamation, or slander against any individual or entity.

2. Inappropriate Content: You must not send or promote content that is:

a. Unlawful or fraudulent.

b. Infringing on intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

c. Containing or promoting malware or harmful software.

d. Involved in spamming or other forms of intrusive advertising.

3. Network Abuse: You must not engage in activities that harm US Mobile's network or other users' access to the network. Prohibited activities include:

a. Excessive contributions to network congestion.

b. Denial of service (DoS) or distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks.

c. Unauthorized access to or interference with networks, servers, or other infrastructure.

4. Device Misuse: Devices must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Misuses include:

a. Modifying device software or hardware beyond manufacturer settings (e.g., rooting or jailbreaking).

b. Using US Mobile SIM cards in non-compatible devices.

1. Explicit Material: You may not use our services to store, transmit, or disseminate pornographic material, particularly child pornography. We cooperate fully with law enforcement regarding such violations.

2. Phishing and Fraud: Engaging in identity theft, phishing, pharming, or any fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited.

1. US Mobile reserves the right to monitor compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Suspected violations may lead to investigations and, if necessary, enforcement actions including service suspension or termination.

3. We will notify users of alleged violations unless immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm.
