What is a base plan?

Your base plan is the combination of talk, text, and/or data that you select when you pay for your month’s service. Your base plan is valid through the end of your billing cycle and does not include any top-ups.

All base plans operate on a 30-day billing cycle. For example, your base plan purchased on January 1 will expire on January 31, at which point you can renew for another 30 days with either the same plan or a different one.

Can I change my base plan during the middle of the month?

Yes, you can change your base plan in the middle of the month. Also, you can top-up additional talk, text, and data if needed. The remaining balance from Top Ups will roll over to the next cycle as per the rollover policy.
