How to get your $100 Back Market offer

Start on US Mobile
- Browse and choose an eligible Unlimited monthly or annual plan.
- Buy an eligible Unlimited plan and activate it on a new line.
- Your $100 code appears on your order confirmation screen.
- Head to Back Market, pick your device, and apply your code at checkout.
Where to find your code
- On-screen: Your code shows on the US Mobile order confirmation screen once your plan buy completes.
- By email: Your US Mobile order confirmation email also includes your Back Market code.
- If your order needs review: Some orders go through a standard review step before they're finalized. In that case, your code is included in your order confirmation email once your order is approved, rather than showing immediately on-screen.
Didn't get a code?
If you bought an eligible Unlimited plan but didn't go through the Back Market offer flow, contact US Mobile support. Once we verify your plan is eligible, we can send you a Back Market code by email.
Refunds
Your US Mobile plan and Back Market device are separate purchases, billed and managed independently, so they have separate refund rules.
Device returns, warranty claims, and other device issues are always handled by Back Market — see What if I have an issue with my device? below. Plan refunds are handled by US Mobile, and follow our standard policy, though once you redeem your $100 Back Market code it will be deducted from your refund.

If you've redeemed your code but still want a full refund, cancel your Back Market device order first — this is only possible if it hasn't shipped yet. Once that cancellation is confirmed, your plan becomes eligible for a full refund.
Requesting a new code after a refund
If your Back Market device order is refunded and your US Mobile plan is still active, you may be eligible for a new promo code. If your plan was cancelled, you're no longer eligible for a new code.

Which US Mobile plans are eligible?
Current Unlimited monthly and annual plans, purchased and activated on a new line. Plan changes or purchases for existing lines aren't eligible.
Can I use this offer if I've already bought a device from Back Market?
Yes. You don't need to buy your device and plan in the same session — start from either entry point at any time.
Are my US Mobile and Back Market purchases billed together?
No. Your US Mobile plan and your Back Market device are separate buys, billed and managed separately on each company's platform.
Does this include trade-in or device protection?

What if I have an issue with my device?
Since your device buy is completed on Back Market, Back Market's 30-day return window and 1-year warranty apply — contact Back Market support for device-specific issues. For anything related to your US Mobile plan, contact US Mobile support.
Does cancelling my plan cancel my promo code?
Yes. As soon as your plan is cancelled, your Back Market code is cancelled too and can no longer be redeemed.
I never used my code — can I get a full refund on my plan?
Yes, once we confirm your code has been cancelled and can't be redeemed.
I already bought my device with the code — can I still cancel my plan?
Yes, but your refund will be reduced by the $100 discount you received, unless you cancel your Back Market device order first.
What if I paid less than $100 for my plan and already redeemed my code?
Your plan becomes non-refundable, unless your Back Market device order can still be cancelled.
I redeemed my code but returned my device to Back Market — will I get my plan refund?
Yes. Once your Back Market device order shows as cancelled or refunded, your plan becomes eligible for a full refund.
