Back Market offers
Two offers are available when you buy an eligible US Mobile plan:

Start on US Mobile
- Choose an eligible plan.
- Buy and activate your plan.
- Your code appears on your order confirmation screen.
- Head to Back Market, pick your device, and apply your code at checkout.
Where to find your code
- On-screen: Your code shows on the US Mobile order confirmation screen once your order is complete.
- By email: Your US Mobile order confirmation email also includes your Back Market code.
- If your order needs review: Some orders go through a review step before they're finalized. In that case, your code comes in your order confirmation email once your order is approved. It won't show on-screen right away.

Bought an eligible plan but didn't go through the Back Market offer flow? Contact US Mobile support. Once we check your plan is eligible, we can email you a Back Market code.
Refunds
Your US Mobile plan and your Back Market purchase are separate. Each one has its own refund rules.
Returns, warranty claims, and other issues with your phone or smartwatch are always handled by Back Market. See What if I have an issue with my device? below.
Plan refunds are handled by US Mobile and follow our standard policy. But once you redeem your Back Market code, the promo discount comes off your refund.

If you redeemed your code but still want a full refund, cancel your Back Market order first. You can only cancel it if it hasn't shipped yet.
Requesting a new code after a refund
If Back Market refunds your order, you may get a new promo code. You just need an active US Mobile plan.

Which US Mobile plans are eligible?
For the phone offer, buy a current Unlimited monthly or annual plan. Activate it on a new line. For the smartwatch offer, buy and activate a US Mobile smartwatch plan. Plan changes and purchases for existing lines don't qualify for the phone offer.
Can I use this offer if I've already bought a device from Back Market?
Yes. You don't need to buy your device and plan in the same session. Start from either entry point at any time.
Are my US Mobile and Back Market purchases billed together?
No. Your US Mobile plan and your Back Market purchase are separate. Each company bills and manages its own.
Does this include trade-in or device protection?
Not currently.
What if I have an issue with my device?
You purchase your phone or smartwatch on Back Market, so Back Market's 30-day return window and 1-year warranty apply. Contact Back Market support for any issues with your device. For anything about your US Mobile plan, contact US Mobile support.
Does cancelling my plan cancel my promo code?
Yes. Your Back Market code is cancelled with your plan and can no longer be redeemed.
I never used my code — can I get a full refund on my plan?
Yes, once we confirm your code is cancelled and can't be redeemed.
I already bought my device with the code — can I still cancel my plan?
Yes. But your refund will be reduced by the promo discount you received. Cancel your Back Market order first to avoid that.
What if I paid less than my promo discount and already redeemed my code?
Your plan becomes non-refundable, unless your Back Market order can still be cancelled.
I redeemed my code but returned my device to Back Market — will I get my plan refund?
Yes. Once your Back Market order shows as cancelled or refunded, your plan qualifies for a full refund.
