The SyncUP KIDS Watch provides several menus and options for effective management.

Child Menu

The Child Menu displays the watch’s location. You can view and manage the Child List, Child Map, and Child Dashboard. From the Child Dashboard, you can live track, enable School Mode, call and text the watch, set step goals, create tasks, and more.

Settings and Tasks

Access the SyncUP KIDS app settings by selecting the Settings icon. Use the Tasks drawer to manage your child’s schedule by creating, editing, or deleting tasks. Create new tasks by selecting the (+) icon and customize them based on your preferences.

Alarms

Manage your child’s alarms from the SyncUP KIDS app or directly from the watch. You can create, edit, or delete alarms as needed.

Using the T-Mobile SyncUP KIDS Watch Buttons

Here’s a quick guide on how to use the watch buttons:

• Turn on the watch by holding the power button for 2 seconds.
• A short press will wake up the display, take you to the home screen, or put the watch into sleep mode depending on its current state.
• A long press (more than 7 seconds) will restart the watch if it’s not responding. A slightly shorter long press will bring up the power cycle menu with options for restart, power off, and SOS.

For messaging, only approved contacts can communicate with the SyncUP KIDS Watch. These contacts are managed by the Admin via the Companion App.

Video Calling
