If you’re utilizing the Call History add-on, checking your usage history is straightforward. Begin by logging into your My Account online. Once you’re logged in, follow these steps:
- Select the My Account drop-down menu.
- Click on Account History.
- On the History screen, if you have multiple lines, choose the appropriate line from the drop-down list.
- Select Usage History to expand the menu and review your details.
- When you’re done, select Usage History again to close the menu.
With these steps, you can keep tabs on your data and ensure you’re running smoothly without overages!
Checking Your Call History
Keeping track of your call history is just as critical. Again, head over to My Account and follow these steps:
- Log in and select the My Account drop-down menu.
- Click on Account History.
- Choose the line if applicable from the History screen’s drop-down menu.
- Select Call History to expand that section.
- Here, you can enter your desired date range to view your calls. Remember, the details will not display if you don’t have the Call Detail add-on!
- If you need the info in a more accessible format, feel free to select Download Call History.
- Remember to hit Call History again to close that menu.
This will give you a concise view of your recent calls within the past 90 days. For best results, we suggest using a computer to download your call detail history!
